Azis?

Azis is a Bulgarian singer, whom among many things, is gay and dresses like a woman. Not a perfect woman mind you, he has yet to shave his bleach blond beard but he goes for the feminine look at the same.

I'm not a huge fan of him, but he has done one amazing song called Choli Ke Peeche which is amazing. The song is an Indian hit, and his high pitched voice matches it so well.
